William "Bill" H. Millsaps, III

William "Bill" H. Millsaps, III, 57, of Rockford, passed away Friday, June 15, 2018. He was born June 3, 1961 in Rockford to William Henry and Peggy (Satterfield) Millsaps, Jr.  Bill married Wilma Vathakos in Rockford on April 27, 1996. He was employed for over 20 years with Southern Wine and Spirits. Bill enjoyed golfing and loved to travel. 

Survivors include his wife, Wilma; sister, Patricia Hanson; brothers, Dave and Doug Millsaps; special cousin, Jennifer Milsaps Glasper; numerous other family and friends. Predeceased by his parents, brother, Steve Millsaps; beloved pets, Peetie and Milo. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. in Honquest Family Funeral Homes with Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Rd., Loves Park, Illinois 61111 with visitation from 3:00 p.m. until time of service.  In lieu of flowers, donations will be made to a charity to be determined by the family.
