William J. Vojtech

William "Bill" J. Vojtech, 54, of Cherry Valley, IL passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Tuesday, September 25, 2018.  Born March 7, 1964 in Oahu, Hawaii, the son of Vlastimil and Margarethe Vojtech.  He married Debbie Teeters on June 24, 1995.  Bill worked for many years in purchasing at SKF in Elgin, IL and most recently at Bergstrom, Inc. in Rockford.  Bill loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.  Bill and Debbie made many trips to their cabin in Canada with their dogs, Sissy and Nina.  Bill was also an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie; mother, Margarethe; sister, Sonnya (Mark) Apodaca; brother, Larry (Michelle) Vojtech; sister, Cindy (Mike) Keller; several nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his father, Vlastimil Vojtech.

Funeral service will be at 1:00pm with a Visitation from 11:00am until time of service on Friday, October 5, 2018 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park, IL.  Private burial in Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Winnebago, IL.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to his family.
