Terry A. Hartman, 62, of Rockford passed away Monday, July 1, 2019. Born September 28, 1956 in Rockford to Harold and Doris (McKee) Hartman. Married Carol Moberg. Employed as a palletizer by Dean Foods. Terry enjoyed bowling.

Survivors include wife, Carol Hartman; son, Nicholas (Jennette) Hartman; grandchildren, Katelynn and Greta. Predeceased by parents.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 5, 2019 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory – Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial in Arlington Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Heartland Hospice.
