Sue C. (Hearyman) Graceffa

Sue C. (Hearyman) Graceffa, 72, of Rockford passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2017. Born April 27, 1945 in Searcy, AR to Raymond and Margaret (Hilburn) Hearyman. Married Anthony Graceffa on November 5, 1966 in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Rockford. Employed as a closer at Rockford Title for 14 years. Sue loved to travel, shop, and spend time with her children and grandchild.

Survivors include husband, Anthony Graceffa of Rockford; children, Trena Graceffa of Machesney Park, Tony Graceffa, Jr. of San Rafael, CA; grandchildren, Isabella Graceffa, Sommer Strom–Graceffa; and brother, Ed (Leslie) Hearyman. Predeceased by parents, Raymond and Margaret.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 6, 2017 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory – Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park. Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 5, 2017 in the funeral home. The family would like to thank special caregivers, Kayla Reed and Jane Erickson, as well as Heartland Hospice for their loving care. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Heartland Hospice.
