Sandra L. Holman, 50, of Clinton, Iowa, passed away Sunday, December 2, 2018. She was born on May 3, 1968 in Rockford to Alice Stoneburner and David Holman. She graduated from Jefferson High School in 1987. Sandra was a CNA at Alpine Fireside. She was a pianist, composed music and played the flute. She loved singing in the church choir. She attended Greater True Love Mission Baptist Church in Clinton, Iowa. Sandra also enjoyed ice skating and Micky Mouse.
Survivors include her mother, Alice Stoneburner; sisters, Janice (Don) Sell, Susan (Greg) Harwood and Karen (Rob) Holmes; nieces, Morgan Harwood and Donna (Malcom) Hills; great-niece, Penelope; great-nephew, Lewis; aunt, Jo Stewart; special friends, Caroline Seabaugh and Mary Ellen Bouren; numerous cousins. Predeceased by her father, David Holman; step-father, George Stoneburner and grandparents.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Honquest Family Funeral Homes with Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Rd., Loves Park, IL 61111 with Pastor John Sprecher officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
