Niles Vernon Hoyt, 84, of Rockford passed away Sunday, January 5, 2020. Born February 20, 1935 in Onalaska, WI to Walter and Vida (Pratt) Hoyt. A veteran of the US Army serving during peacetime. Niles loved fishing, watching baseball, enjoyed sweets and spending time with friends. A friend of Bill W for 42 years.

Niles is survived by many loving friends. Predeceased by parents and daughter, Penny.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, January 10, 2020 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory – Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park with a visitation from 2:00 p.m. until time of service. Private burial.
