Marjorie B. Lighthart

Marjorie Bernadine Lighthart, 88, of Loves Park, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 with her family by her side.  She was born on February 24, 1931 in Rockford to Roy and Edna Garrison.  She married John Lighthart; he predeceased her in March, 2013.

She is survived by her children, Marie (Ron) Mckee of Marengo, Richard (Bunny) Lighthart of Machesney Park, Leon (Joyce) Lighthart of Margate, Florida, Millie (Mike) Yunk of Rockford and Laura (Tom) Wupper of Rockford; 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; sisters, Alice Geigan and Helen Porter; brother, George Baxter.  Predeceased by sister, Ruth Mothkovich.

Funeral service will be at 2:00pm with a visitation from 1:30pm until the time of service on Saturday, December 7, 2019 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory-Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park, IL 61111.  Burial in Willwood Burial Park, Rockford.
