Linda Lee Gruner

Linda Lee Gruner, 71, of Roscoe passed away Monday, January 14, 2019. Born May 24, 1947 in Rockford to Leo and Marianne (Davidson) Viney. Married Richard L. Gruner on November 28, 1964 in Rockford. Employed as a special needs bowling instructor for Park Lanes. Linda also was a Girl Scout Leader, Scout Master and past president of BVRH Riding for the Handicapped. She also was an avid bowler, enjoyed traveling with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include husband, Rick Gruner; children, Cammie (Mike Koch) Milsaps, Rick Gruner, Steve Gruner, Michael Gruner; grandchildren, Jeremy, Chad, Robyn, Ashley, Amber; great grandchildren, Maiea, Drake, Alexander, Ather, Raylan; brother, John Allen Rodriguez; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters, Maryann, Beth, Leonore; and brother, David.

Memorial gathering will be held from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 26, 2019 in VFW Post 9759, 2018 Windsor Road, Loves Park.
