Leone "Le" Milnichuk Obituary

Leone “Le” Margaret (Nelson) Milnichuk, 72, of South Beloit, IL passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018. She was the loving wife of Robert Milnichuk and proud mother of three children, Debra (Tom) Midgley, Nicole (Luke) Hickcox, and Laura (Jim) Rawdin. Loving Mimi to her grandchildren, Brenna and Noah Hickcox and Olivia and Harper Rawdin. Sister to Alvin (Marge) Nelson. Le was married for 52 years to the love of her life, Bob. She was born in Antioch, IL and is preceded in death by parents, Myrus J. and Helen (Pedersen) Nelson; and sister, Shirley (Chuck) Erbach.

Le worked many years as a principal’s assistant in numerous school districts, as well as a secretary in the family business, Northern Precision Plastics of Belvidere, IL. Le was rich in faith and was an active volunteer in the Catholic Church community. For Le, family always came first, her quiet strength and patience brought the best out of everyone she knew. The numerous ways she has touched so many lives will forever remain in our hearts. We express our deepest gratitude for the high level of care Le received at Lincolnshire Place in Loves Park, IL. The family asks for donations to be made to that facility or a favorite Catholic charity.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, July 30, 2018, in St. Bridget Catholic Church, 600 Clifford Avenue, Loves Park, IL.
