Kelli Henrekin

Kelli A. Henrekin, 46, of Hinsdale, IL, passed away Friday, June 9, 2017.  She was born January 3, 1971 in Rockford, IL to David Henrekin and Merideth Campos. Kelli graduated from Boylan Catholic High School.  She attended Augustana College, Rockford College and graduated from Northern Illinois University.  Kelli worked in the banking field, most recently with Bank of America. She was involved with the Chicago Hawks Youth Hockey Club as a team manager. Kelli was a wonderful mother, loving daughter and sister.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. 

She is survived by her children, Jack, Connor and Kate; their father, Jay Peterson; mother, Merideth (Robert) Campos; sister, Ami (Michael) Gates; nephews, Gavin and Andrew.  Kelli is preceded in death by her father, David Henrekin and grandparents.

A Celebration of Life will be on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 4311 North Mulford Rd., Loves Park, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
