Jorge Ramirez

Jorge Ramirez, 56, of Rockford, passed away peacefully April 2, 2018.  Born June 13, 1961; son of Leonarda Centeno Ramirez and Artemio Ramirez Rodriguez.  Jorge previously worked as a machinist at Essex for over 20 years.

Survivors include two sons that he was extremely proud of, Jason Ramirez and Carlos Ramirez; loving mother, Leonarda Centento Ramirez; and his supportive siblings including: brothers, Braulio (Maty) Ramirez; sisters, Sara (Francisco) Montoya, Alicia (Louis) Herrera, Guille (Antonio) Laguna, Rocio (Laurentino) Arreguin, Lorena (Didier) Galvan; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by father, Artemio Ramirez.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00pm with a brief service at 4:30 on Saturday, April 7, 2018, in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory, 4311 N. Mulford Rd., Loves Park, IL 61111.
