Jeffery N. Adami

Jeffery N. Adami, 62, of Loves Park, passed away Saturday, October 19, 2019. He was born on February 2, 1957 in Rockford to Louis and Deonne (Blair) Adami. He married Mary Howard on May 5, 1989 in Rockford. Jeffery was a mechanic for the city of Rockford Police Department for 32 years. He was an avid Chicago Bears fan, car enthusiast and loved animals. Jeffery had a passion for fishing, boating and traveling. He especially enjoyed spending time with his children and grandson. Jeffery loved life, his friends and being social. 

Survivors include his wife, Mary; daughters, Amanda (Mark) Crisman, Marissa (Russell) Harkai and Nichole Grear; grandson, Matthew Crisman; siblings, Fredrick Adami, Blair (Katie) Adami, Ellen (Arnie) Manzo and Robert Adami; sister-in-law, Tina Adami; several nieces and nephews; special pet family, Mercedes, Zeba and Morrison. Predeceased by parents and brother, Gary Adami. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in Honquest Family Funeral Homes with Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Rd., Loves Park, Illinois 61111 with Father William Wentink officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until time of service. Memorial contributions can be made to the family.
