Jeanne E. Ellison

Jeanne E. Ellison, 89, of Rockford passed away Thursday, November 16, 2017 in Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center. Born March 26, 1928 in Minneapolis to Ed and Mabel (Berg) Valerius. Married Roger Ellison in 1947 in Rockford. Member of First Evangelical Covenant Church.

Survivors include three sons, Ron (Chriss) Hoxie of Kansas, Robert (Pat) of Rockford, Bruce (Valorie) of Loves Park; two grandchildren, Jennifer (Dustin) Goodman, Brett Ellison; three great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by husband; brothers, John, Jim Valerius; and sister, Joan Dahlstedt.

 Memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 26, 2017 in the Chapel in Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center, 3470 N. Alpine Road, Rockford, with Dave Ahrens officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until time of service. Memorials to Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center.
