James William Coulter

James William Coulter, 66, of Rockford, passed away February 13, 2019. He was born on March 16, 1952 in Florida. He married James Latham on January 2, 1985 in Texarkana, Texas. James started his career as a Perfusionist and went on to be a counselor in the Rockford area helping many people for 20 years. 

Survivors include his spouse, James Latham and two sisters. Predeceased by his parents; daughter, Emily Ferris Coulter and one brother. 

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 22, 2019 at Court Street United Methodist Church, 215 N. Court St., Rockford, Illinois 61103 with visitation from 3:00 p.m. until time of service.
