Howard E. Bushman, Jr.

Howard E. Bushman, Jr., 75, of Caledonia, passed away on Friday, August 3, 2018.  Born on February 1, 1943 in Milledgeville, IL to Howard and Bernice (Dyer) Bushman, Sr.; married Karen Covert on September 13, 1968.  Howard served in the U.S. Army in Turkey as a Nuclear Weapons Tech.  He was a golfer who twice had a hole in one.  He enjoyed woodworking, taking care of his lawn and helping people.

Survived by his wife, Karen Bushman; sons, Eugene and Mark; grandchildren, Brandon and Jonah; sisters, Joan and Jane; brother, Marvin; step-brother, Edward (Donna); brother-in-law, Karl (Pat).  Predeceased by parents and brother, Walter.

Funeral service will be at 4:00pm with a visitation from 2:00pm until the service on Monday, August 6, 2018 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory-Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park.  Private burial at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family for a fund to be decided at a later date.
