Gary L. Prock, 59, of Loves Park passed away unexpectedly Thursday, July 27, 2017. He was born January 6, 1958 to Kenneth and Velma Prock. He enjoyed watching the Chicago Bears, drawing and racing, especially at the Rockford Speedway where he spent many nights amongst friends and family.
Survivors include his children, Alicia Magee (Shannon Stoltz), Missy (Shannon) Palmer; granddaughter, Mariah Palmer; two brothers, two sisters and countless nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 3:00pm to 7:00pm Thursday, August 3, 2017 with the Service at 7:00pm in Forest Hills Lodge, 1601 West Lane Road, Loves Park, IL 61111. The funeral home hearse will then enter the race track for Gary's final lap. Feel free to wear your favorite racing apparel. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family.
