Everett E. Tuttle, 95, of Rockford passed away Friday, June 29, 2018. Born March 31, 1923 in Donnybrook, ND, the son of Clarence and Anna Tuttle. A veteran of US Army 765th Bomb Squadron serving during WWII. Married Eloise Horstman; later married Joyce Corirossi. Retired from All Rental Garment. Active member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Alpine Kiwanis, Irish Marching Society and volunteered with Cornucopia Food Pantry. Everett enjoyed golfing, traveling with his wife and was very proud of his Irish heritage. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.
Survivors include children, Vicki (Dominic) Rinaldi, Candi (Jay Funk) Anderson, David (Mary) Corirossi, Darren (Debbi) Corirossi; grandchildren, Jeanine Keltner, Jeffrey (Lindsey) Rinaldi, Jon (Lori) Rinaldi, Heather Darby, Kelly (Terry) Darby–Fogle, Nicholas Corirossi, Zachary Corirossi, Connor Corirossi, Spencer Davis; great-grandchildren, Kelsey Keltner, Carson Rinaldi, Dylan and Gianna Rinaldi, Taytem, Layla and Jack Fogle, Austin and Alik Bridges; beloved canine companion, Cooper; longtime All Rental Garment friends; and Tuesday morning breakfast group. Predeceased by first wife, Eloise; second wife, Joyce; and son-in-law, Wayne Anderson. A special thank you to his hospice nurse Monica from Mercy Health Hospice.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 6, 2018 in Trinity Lutheran Church, 200 N. 1st St., Rockford with a visitation from 9:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Cornucopia Food Pantry, 428 N. 2nd Street, Rockford, IL 61107 or to Vietnam Veterans Honors Society, P.O. Box 4304, Rockford, IL 61110.
