Dear Koski Family:
I worked as a welfare fraud investigator for the State of Illinois for a long time. Since we were not sworn law enforcement officers and since welfare fraud was not looked upon as a serious crime, we were often not taken seriously by some states attorneys. However, Dave was an exception. He always treated me as a professional and took the cases I presented to him seriously. I will always remember that as it meant a lot to me. He will be missed.

Dave will always be a champion for justice and I am so blessed to have known him. My deepest sympathy to you Gail and the rest of the family. He truly loved and was devoted to you in spite of all his other life tasks. He has a special place in my heart for every kind thing he did for me.
