Dearest Gail and family;

My heart goes out to you and your family and the loss you have suffered. You and Dave had a very special bond, and he will remain with you all in spirit. I just wanted you to know you are in my thoughts and prayers as you celebrate Dave's life and all he gave to his career, his family and his church. With my love and sincere condolences, Em.

Dear Koski Family:
I worked as a welfare fraud investigator for the State of Illinois for a long time. Since we were not sworn law enforcement officers and since welfare fraud was not looked upon as a serious crime, we were often not taken seriously by some states attorneys. However, Dave was an exception. He always treated me as a professional and took the cases I presented to him seriously. I will always remember that as it meant a lot to me. He will be missed.

Dave will always be a champion for justice and I am so blessed to have known him. My deepest sympathy to you Gail and the rest of the family. He truly loved and was devoted to you in spite of all his other life tasks. He has a special place in my heart for every kind thing he did for me.

Dear Gail and family,
Words cannot express my feelings for all of you at this difficult time. I am so very sorry for your loss. Dave was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. We have many good memories of baseball and basketball games watching Jack. May these wonderful memories help all of you during this sad time. My prayers for all of you. With my Love.
