Carol "Pinky" Ann Minnick, 68, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2018. Born on December 27, 1949. Pinky really enjoyed spending time with her family and playing her games on the computer.

Survived by her sons, John (Lori) Morales and Steve (Angel) Morales; daughters, Stephanie Smith and Sharon McDanel; sister, Lynn (Greg) Westergaard; nephews, Mirau and David; niece, Lisa; son-in-law, Brad Knope; grandchildren, Mikie, Stephen, Dan, Tricia, Chris, Megan, Joey, Richard, Marissa, RJ, Vinnie, Angelo, Tabatha, John III, Sidney, Nikki, Shane and Alicia; great-grandchildren, DJ, Naveah, Cain, Landon, Odin, Sophia, Aubrey and Jackson. Predeceased by her parents, George and Eleanor Forsythe; daughter, Denyse Knope; sisters, Pat (Cecil) Brown, Mary (George) Matteo and Pauline Bradford; brother, Bernard Clifford.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in Honquest Family Funeral Homes with Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Rd., Loves Park, Illinois 61111 with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Memorials to the family.
