Adam “Ed” Lenckus entered this world August 13, 1926 and left us on November 25, 2018. After enlisted service in the Army he spent a career in the Air Force Office of Special Investigations and began his relaxing retirement with a second career as a Special Agent for the USDA. His life was more than just his work as he filled the world with three children, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren with his wife Terry who, as always, had been waiting on him. His practical and artistic woodwork adorns many homes. When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then…Death has been swallowed up in victory.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 30, 2018 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory – Roscoe Chapel, 11342 Main Street, Roscoe with a visitation from 1:00 p.m. until time of service. Burial in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood.
