I had no idea what to expect when planning a funeral for my father that passed away. Tim helped my sister and I with any questions we had and we never felt rushed to make any decisions. We made some last minute changes to my father's services and they were happy to help. Everything turned out to be beautiful and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

RaeAnn - In all my years of event planning, it is extremely rare that I have ever come across anyone with the level of grace, poise, professionalism, knowledge base, and gracious kindness that you personify. You are a rock star at what you do, and we really cannot thank you enough because you allowed us to properly grieve and celebrate our dad and the stress was dissipated by your gentle strength and by your incredibly capable hands. You truly are a saving grace and an angel to our family.

Once again Tim and his staff went above and beyond to make this difficult time such an easier process. I cannot Thank Rae Ann Locascio Dombrowski for assisting in this process from the time she arrived to pick my mom from her home to help guide me through planning her service and preparing my mom body for viewing, Everyone complimented on how beautiful and peaceful she looked. Rae Ann was extremely pleasant and made it very comfortable working with her. Tim and Rachel have an Amazing staff and facilities. I hope I don't need to use them again soon but if I did I would definitely call on Tim for assisting me once again. Thank You Honquest for All you do.

Dear Tim and Rachel,

We will never be able to thank you enough for the compassion, kindness and thoughtfulness that the two of you showed us on the day our dearly loved son died. From the moment I called you to when you were sitting at our dining room table your kind manner helped us through the saddest day of our lives.

After you drove our son's body to your funeral home you called and told me, "He arrived safely and he's cozy." I was so incredibly grateful for those kind words. They meant everything at that time and I continue to treasure that memory. The day of the wake you handled everything so smoothly. We were able to focus on guests while you took care of the rest. Thank you both for helping us in the most caring ways as we navigated through our grief.

Thank you so much for your professional and caring work for Brenda Quade's memorial service. Your responsiveness to all my texts, your care with my sister's body on the day of her death, and all the help you provided to ensure that my sister's service went off as we desired was very appreciated.

It is a difficult time for our family. We lost Brenda too soon. Your reliability made part of all of this process much easier. Thank you again.

When the saddest day came and we had to say goodbye to my beautiful Mom Tim Honquest and his wonderful business family stepped in and saved our world. We felt empty and lost. Tim himself came in the middle of the night and made our parting from her home so personal. Mom had asked for some unusual requests ( including a lavender pearl casket) and Tim filled every request. He gave us the space and care to celebrate her life in the way she wanted. Every detail was covered. On a lighter note....minutes before we opened the doors for her visitation Tim said...” her nails aren’t painted!” ...and he ran out of the room, grabbed the lavender polish and with satisfaction announced that she was ready. We had a small graveside gathering and when we exited our cars We were surprised to hear her favorite Patsy Cline music playing. We will never forget the expert care and kindness shown by this lovely and professional group of people. Saying goodbye to someone we love so much can be a comforting and memorable experience. Thank you Tim, we are forever grateful.

I want to thank Melissa who helped me at a extremely hard time with the loss of my husband. It was not only unexpected but we had to deal with the Corona Virus at the same time. We had to change our plans a few times and Melissa was very understanding and only was there to help with everything. Thank you for your patience and understanding at a most difficult time.

Just want to say thank you for all you did. Your attention to detail from wearing my dads favorite color on your ties and making my dad look so peaceful were not overlooked. We are all very happy with everything you and your staff did for us all. Your caring and professionalism meant a lot to all of us.

The staff members at Honquest didn't miss a single detail. They were very patient, caring, and right there when we had questions. Expenses were quite reasonable for the quality of facility, materials, and services provided. Would certainly recommend Honquest Funeral homes.

We can't express enough how much Honquest and their personnel helped us during our difficult time. This letter is long overdue. We wanted to tell you how we loved your work and professional service! Everything was perfect! Our father/father-in-law/grandpa, John Dobek, looked wonderful. We have never seen such a wonderful embalming/make-up job! We have been to many (too many!) wakes and funerals--this one was the "nicest", if I may use such a word. It was lovely meeting you, RaeAnn, and we appreciate everything you did to make our loss just a little easier to bear. the anniversary card you sent did not go unnoticed either. Tim, I want to thank you for your guidance with my sister's funeral arrangements and especially for your generosity during a difficult time.  The service was lovely.  Crimson Ridge did a fabulous job with the flowers, so the viewing area was perfect.  I also appreciate the assistance of your staff.

Thanks so much for all your help with my mom's funeral events.  Everything went great--exactly what she would have wanted.  Also, we appreciate and recognize the weekend effort.  I know that's hard on employees, but we had so many from out of state and it made a real difference.

Tim and Staff:  Sending you our sincere thanks and appreciation for all you did during our time of grief and mourning.  Because of you, we were able to give our Mother a proper burial and service she wanted.  Many blessings to all of you at Honquest.

Performance was way above standards! We were guided through the process with the utmost of compassion and professionalism. We were not rushed in our decision making nor were we pressured in anyway.  Our family's wishes and desires were followed to the letter. All required government paperwork and notifications were handled by them entirely and in a timely fashion. From what we could ascertain our deceased relatives's remains were handled directly from the hospital through the entire process to cremation and then the ashes placed in the container we had chosen.  What a great experience during our time of grief!  They , also, have a facility in Roscoe on Main Street.
