Reynaldo A. Reyes, Sr.

Reynaldo A. Reyes, Sr., 85, of Loves Park, IL passed away April 21, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Born in the Philippines on January 4, 1939, to his parents, Moises Reyes and Olympia Parada. Reynaldo married his true love, Bienvenida G. Reyes on November 23, 1958, in Manila, Philippines.

Survived by his children, Jeanette (Manny), Josie (Renie), Chito (Rowena), Jackie (Rowel), Jovie (Soc), Hector (Mian), Eduardo, Christy, Jimmy, and Rowena; many grandchildren from the USA, Canada, and Philippines; great-grandchildren, Zoe, Zia, Zue, Kia, Nathalia, and Lila Bien; many siblings in both USA and Philippines.  Preceded in death by his wife, Bienvenida G. Reyes; children, Gerardo and Ronie Reyes; parents, Moises Reyes and Olympia Parada; sister, Amy Reyes; brother, Rodolfo Reyes.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at Honquest Family Funeral Home Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Rd., Loves Park, IL 61111, from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Funeral mass will take place Friday, April 26, 2024, at St. Bridget Catholic Church, 600 Clifford Ave., Loves Park, IL 61111, at 11:00 AM, with a visitation starting at 10:00 AM until time of mass. Cremation rites will be accorded.
