Wanda R. Frazier

Wanda Ruth Frary Nance Philbee Frazier, 76, of Rockford, passed through the heavenly gates Saturday, April 7, 2018. She was born on June 18, 1941 in Sheffield, Alabama to Walter and Sallie (Hayes) Frary. In 1957 Wanda married Albert Nance. Together they had three daughters. She moved to Rockford in 1965 and worked as an assembler at General Electric. She married Bill Philbee in 1967; together they had two girls and two boys. Wanda loved being with her family. She was a great fan of Elvis Presley and John Wayne. 

Survivors include her children, Barb (David) Klitzsch, Judy (Richard) Barker, Cora Brush, Vonda (Don) Poe, Billy Philbee, Larry (Angela) Philbee and Mary Philbee; grandchildren, Keith (Sarah) Keaster, Ken (Diana) Keaster, Tiffany (Reid) Mlsna, Jay Taylor, Sara (Michael) Harnish, Michelle Loy, Kelly (Caleb) Davis, Chris Philbee, Kristy Coon, Donda Poe, Sapphire Philbee, Ashley Hackler, Kiefer Hackler, Billy Ray Philbee III, Amanda Philbee, Kristen Philbee, Brandon Philbee, Ashley Philbee, Jade Martin, Brian Keen, Joseph Martin; 20 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; her children's father, Bill Philbee. Predeceased by third husband, Bill Frazier; parents; brothers, Walter Frary Jr., Dwight (Debra) Frary, Wayne Frary and William Frary. 

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. in Honquest Family Funeral Homes with Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Rd., Loves Park, IL 61111 with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial at Greenwood Cemetery.
