Sheila L. Alcock

Sheila L. Alcock, 77, of Roscoe passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2017. Born December 12, 1940 in Racine, WI to Paul and Leitha Hayes. Sheila was a nurse at a children's clinic in Portland, Oregon, a nurse at Rockford Memorial Hospital and a volunteer at Beloit Memorial Gift Shop.  She enjoyed sailing, flying, and traveling with her husband.

Survivors include husband, Richard; son, Todd (Lu) Alcock; granddaughter, Autumn Alcock; brothers, Paul Hayes, and Alan Hayes. Predeceased by sons, Brian and Scott Alcock.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. in Honquest Family Funeral Homes with Crematory, Roscoe Chapel, 11342 Main St., Roscoe, Illinois 61073 with Pastor Wendell Maynard officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society, Volunteers in Partnership, or to the Salvation Army.
