Scott Alan Porter

Scott Alan Porter, 45, of Rockford passed away Friday, September 8, 2017. Born March 28, 1972 in Rockford to Clyde and Judy (Breit) Porter. Scott enjoyed NASCAR, video games, and dogs.

Survivors include daughter, Savanna; two grandchildren; mother, Judy Porter; brother, Joel Porter; sister, Robin Brown; brother, Mark (Jody) Porter; nieces, Cate, Maddie; nephews, Christopher, and Nathan. Predeceased by his father.

Celebration of life will be held from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Saturday, September 23, 2017 in the Lyran Club, 1115 4th Avenue, Rockford.
