Sarah E. Aleem

Sarah E. Aleem, 76, of Roscoe, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018.  Born in Rockford on September 7, 1941 to Raynard and Lucille (Patterson) Anderson; married Mohd Aleem on July 3, 1971 in the Church by the Side of the Road.  She graduated from West High School and was a CNA at River Bluff Nursing Home.  She enjoyed ceramics, swimming and traveling. She loved animals and spending time with her dog, Buddy. 

Survived by her husband, Mohd; son, David; daughter, Roxana (Chris) Griffiths; granddaughters, Kiya and Cassie Griffiths; cousins, Janice Forkner and Bob Patterson.  Predeceased by parents.

Funeral service will be at 12:00 noon with a visitation from 11:00am until the service on Monday, March 12, 2018 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory-Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park.  Burial in Arlington Memorial Park.
