Nels will be missed as a brother and friend. We had many long chats over the years starting in 1959 when I started teaching in Rockford. I truly appreciated his wit and quick thinking ability. He loved family and friends, his lake and the Masons. We think of him often and always in font ways...Love from us to his family and Rockford friends...

Nels was a strong and independent man who loved his family, his city and the lake. Carole has lost a good brother and I have lost a good friend. George will always think of Nel's keen wit and rmember him as Mr Rockford. Our children remember his lake and visits with him and his family. He will be missed but never forgotten...
