Mary A. Marchione

Mary A. Marchione, 88, of Loves Park passed away Monday, November 28, 2016. Born September 10, 1928 in Grand Rapids, MI, the daughter of Angelo and Fannie (Naimo) Mazzola. Married Sam R. Marchione July 3, 1948 in Grand Rapids, MI.  Employed as a Cosmetician at Osco Drug for 28 years. Mary was an avid bowler, loved golfing, and enjoyed gambling excursions.

Survivors include children, Rick (Monica) Marchione, Bob (Kim) Marchione; grandchildren, Bryan Marchione, Nicole Marchione, Jennifer Poindexter, Danielle (Brian) Graves; great grandchildren, Meredith, Jacob, Caroline, Olivia, Will; brother, Ciro “Sonny” (Sandy) Mazzola; sister, Grace (Hector) Trevino; brother-in-law, Hank Alvarez; and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by husband; and sisters, Rose, Sue, and Geri.

Memorial mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 3, 2016 in St. Bridget Catholic Church, 600 Clifford Avenue, Loves Park, with a memorial visitation from 9:00 a.m. until time of mass. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the family.
