Mark K. Anderson

Mark K. Anderson, 60, of Pecatonica passed away Thursday, September 8, 2016. Born June 14, 1956 in Rockford to Harvey and Barbara (Jamison) Anderson. Married Rosemary Jordan December 2, 2002 in Rockford. Employed at Gleason Cutting Tools and a member of the Carpenters Local 792.  Mark enjoyed fishing, camping, spending time at the cabin up north, riding his motorcycle, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his grandkids.

Survivors include his wife, Rosemary Jordan-Anderson; children, Kaisa (Jason) Davis, Zachary Anderson, Jim Jordan, David Jordan, Corey (Sarah) Jordan; grandchildren, Ava, Zoe, Hannah, Hailey, Logan, Dylan, Kinleigh; sisters, Marcie (Bill) Oakes, Kimberly (Dan) Messinger, Kelley Jordan; and brother, Norrie (Karla Slusser) Anderson. Predeceased by parents.

Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, September 16, 2016 in Honquest Family Funeral Homes with Crematory – Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park with a visitation from 4:00 p.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to National Motorcycle Safety Fund at  http://www.nmsfund.org.
