Larry R. Haller

Larry R. Haller, 68, of Rockford passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017. Born August 8, 1948 in Rockford to George and Marjorie (Hayden) Haller. A veteran of the US Navy serving during the Vietnam War. Received his Associates Degree from Rock Valley College. Larry enjoyed outdoor activities, gardening, fishing, airshows at the airport, and was an avid Chicago Bears and Cubs fan. He also enjoyed his visits at the doughnut shop.

Survivors include siblings, Susan (Jerry) Smith, Gail (Randy) Whelchel, Steven Haller; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents; sister, Lynn; and sister-in-law, Kathy.

Private family services are to be held. Burial in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
