Jerry S. Andreen, 72 of Rockford Loving father, papa, and brother

Jerry S. Andreen, 72, of Rockford loving father, papa and brother passed away Thursday, November 19, 2015 in River Bluff Nursing Home. Born July 10, 1943 in Rockford to Roy and Helen (Wiberg) Andreen. Owner and operator of Jerry’s Taxes and Jerry’s Cards, where he was an accountant and post card dealer. Coached softball, umpired, and served on the Kenrock Community Center Board. Graduate of East High School, and received his BS from University of Illinois – Champaign.  Jerry proudly served our country in the United States Army.

Survivors include daughters, Kim (Shawn) Pixler, Tammie (Ron) Pascual; grandchildren, Jeremy DeGroff, Kelsie Pixler, Amelia Pixler, Brandon Pascual, Marina Pascual; sisters, Kerry Shoberg, and Kay Semenchuk. Predeceased by parents.

Funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 25, 2015 in Honquest Family Funeral Homes with Crematory – Roscoe Chapel, 11342 Main Street, Roscoe with a visitation from 5:00 p.m. until service time Wednesday.
