Jacob Richard Courtney

Jacob Richard Courtney, 21, of Rockford passed away Sunday, October 1, 2017. Born June 26, 1996 in Eau Claire, WI to Donald Courtney and Susan (Wolff) Courtney. Jacob enjoyed fishing and always was laughing. 

Survivors include mother, Suzy Courtney; father, Donald Courtney; brother, Zakk Courtney; sister, Lissa Reynolds; paternal grandmother, Marie Courtney; aunts, Donna (Jeff) Gray, Jackie Szara, Lisa (James) Gerken, Sherry (Don) Blazer, Julie (Ken) Zentner, Vicki Leenheer; uncles, Jay (Brenda) Courtney, Jeff (Lisa) Wolff; and several cousins. Predeceased by paternal grandfather, Donald Courtney; maternal grandparents, Derald and Jane Wolff; and uncle, Richard Wolff.

Funeral service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, October 5, 2017 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory–Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park with visitation from 5:30 p.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the family.
