Harriet "Sally" A. Maurer

Harriet “Sally” A. Maurer, 86, of Rockton passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018. Born May 16, 1931 in Chicago to Harry and Irene (Bishop) Maddison. Married Ted E. Maurer in Rockford in 1952. Sally loved puzzles, crosswords and spending time with her family.

Survivors include children, Kimberly (Robert) Farrar, Elizabeth (Mark) Asprooth, Jennifer Asprooth, John Maurer; grandchildren, Angela, Katie (Allen), Rachel, Sean, Audra (Matt), Nicholas (Kristin), Lukas, Ashlee (Chris), Amber; 11 great grandchildren; sister, Joyce; brother, Harry (Sue); and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by husband.

Memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday, April 13, 2018 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory – Roscoe Chapel, 11342 Main Street, Roscoe with a visitation from 4:00 p.m. until time of service.
