I was so sad to hear of your Dad's passing! My mom, Donna Sutton, was his cousin. My mom and dad attended Maywood also. We have great memories of Gene and Pat at our home playing cards, telling stories, sharing root beer floats or pizza. Blessings to each of your as you grieve. I know your pain. You will see them again. Take joy in the many sweet family memories you shared!

Wartgow Family: I cannot be there Thursday to celebrate Gene's life and his going home to be with his Lord; but wanted to share with you that Gene had a profound impact on my life several years ago when we took that 5 hour trip to Butternut and spent the night in his cabin on 40 acres. His attitude and zeal for life was infectious and taught me a lesson in how I to should approach every day; thankful for the time I've been given and dedicated to making a positive impact on others. Gene is a great man and heaven shines a little brighter because of his presence there. I will be keeping you all in prayer.

Jeannie,
So sorry for the loss of your dad. I know you will all miss him. I know how much you helped and cared for your mom & dad in the past years and how much they meant to you. They can both be together now.
