Charles "Chuck" Clifton

Charles "Chuck" Clifton, 62, of Roscoe, passed away Thursday, October 20, 2016 due to complications with pneumonia. Born February 1, 1954 in Rockford, the son of Robert and Jo Anne (VanCauwenbergh) Clifton.  He was an avid reader of fiction books and Car and Driver Magazine.  Chuck had a very soft heart for his family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Terri Clifton; father, Robert Clifton; sons, Charlie (Jennifer) and Christopher Clifton; sister, Roxanne Clifton; grandchildren, Mallory Grace and Cooper. 

A special thank you to Dr. V Thappa and Dr. Tsaras and all the staff in the skilled critical care unit at Swedish American Heart Hospital. Chuck's family is very grateful for his excellent care. 

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Honquest Family Funeral Homes with Crematory, Roscoe Chapel. 11342 Main St., Roscoe, IL 61073. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 24, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
