Dear Beth, and family,
How very sorry I am to learn of the passing away of your lovely mother, "Cookie." I received an email from Kim Perez, and watched the glorious video made reflecting her life. I do remember you mentioning your dear mother a few times, and I know that she was a very proud grandmother of 12!!! Wow! What a blessing for her and your dad, AND for the kids!!
God Bless you and your sisters and father, husbands and grandchildren for your/their loss. Obviously your mother made a valuable impression on all she knew and who knew her...and the world is grateful for her joyful contributions for 74 years. Sharon Carlson

Cookie was always laughing. I remember when her sister was still living (my mother) cookie would call routinely and the conversation was always “hows sharon” and from there the two would carry on a interesting conversation😀.
Her long battle with dementia is now over and she is at peace. I am just imagining her and Grammie and grandma cox and sandy and Audrey meeting again........

Debbie,
Thank you so much for your sweet condolences. My mom always thought of you as a very special friend. Many memories you share. We are heartbroken, especially since our kiddos will never know the crazy, sassy, full of life person their Nana was. But even in her illness, she never lost her spunk and huge smile. She’s finally able to have her memories back.

Love,
Beth

Many prayers sent to Cookie and the family! What wonderful memories I have of her being one of my first neighborhood babysitters many years ago! Your family lived on Bruner and we lived around the corner on Ridge. I loved her as my sitter and loved spending time hanging out with Anna, Chrissy & Teresa! Not sure if you remember me but your family , and especially your mom, holds a special place in my young heart! God bless you all!

I remember that if Cookie was in the room, people were laughing. She lit up any place she occupied. I remember her well and knew her to be kind and interested in all of us as we grew up. Rest in peace, Cookie....
I send my sincere condolences to Ed and the girls.

This was such a lovely message. She absolutely loved being "Cookie" to so many of you in Rockton. I will never forget her calling you "Rin." There was a special place in her heart for you.
