Carolyn Sue Barnett

Carolyn Sue Barnett, 75, of Roscoe passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2018. Born July 27, 1942 in Morehouse, MO to Joseph and Agnes (Hillis) Thompson. Married Lee W. Barnett on March 1, 1961 in Sikeston, MO. Carolyn enjoyed reading, puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include husband, Lee W. Barnett; daughter, Gina (Dan) Underwood; grandchildren, Melissa (Kelly Schwochert) Derr, Robert (Jenn) Derr, Erica Derr, Nicholas (Christine) Barnett, Nicholas Underwood, Kenneth Underwood, Jacque Fore; great-grandchildren, Bryce Gober, Blake Derr, Isabell Carlson, Rylan Derr, Brooklyn Rothenbach, Jude Barnett; and sisters, Ruth Ann (Clifford) Downs, and Reba Kilhafner. Predeceased by parents; son, Clinton Barnett; and brother, J.E. Thompson.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 17, 2018 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory – Roscoe Chapel, 11342 Main Street, Roscoe. Burial in Willowbrook Cemetery, Roscoe. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Friday, March 16, 2018 in the funeral home.
