Bill Brantley, Jr., 57, graduate of Harlem High School Class of 1978 and owner of Jumpback Floor Covering was tagged out on September 17, 2017 at 9:19am. The Real Mr. Bill hit many home runs with his unselfish approach to life. Many people may know Bill for his love of music and underwater photography, but it was eclipsed by his self-sacrificing love for Jehovah, his family, and his congregation. Mr. Bill's sentiment was to never say no to anyone in need. He always said "People First". Mr. Bill reflected God's love to all around him.
Those whom he loved first and foremost were his wife, Becky (Foshee) Brantley; son, Kevin (Marnette) Brantley; and the light of his life, granddaughter Phoebe; parents, Bill Brantley, Sr. and Linda (Carlson) Brantley; sisters, Lori Reavis, Susan (Reese) Waugh and Tani (Letty) Brantley; brother, Scott (Tishka) Brantley; and a roster full of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mr. Bill said, "If I get tagged out I will be sliding into home plate."
- - "Now that was a great game!"
