Albert J. Provenzano

A.J. (Albert) Provenzano, 39, of Rockford, passed away Monday, February 20, 2017. He was born in Rockford, Illinois on November 18, 1977 to Albert and Annette (LaBella) Provenzano. A.J. was an avid pool player and loved spending time with family. He was a great father and uncle with a soft beautiful heart. He will be remembered for his compassion and care. 

Survivors include his fiance, Candice Cantu; children, Albert, Carolyn, Gianna and Kayleigh; brother, Nick (Rose Mary) Provenzano; sisters, Lucia (Rich) Butera and Kristina (Craig) Campbell; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his maternal and paternal grandparents. 

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the American Lombardi Society, 209 Olive St., Rockford, Illinois 61107. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family.
