I t is our policy that payment is due by the time of service.

For the convenience of our families, we accept:

insurance assingments, cash, check, credit cards and any combination of these forms of payment from multiple persons.

We will also accept payment from a life insurance company should you provide a policy which we can verify and have all beneficiaries sign on an assignment form and the insurance claim forms. The insurance company will send us payment in full and any remaining amount will be sent in a separate check directly to the beneficiary.

We will also accept State of Illinois Public Aid for the option of a Direct Cremation. If other services are selected, then payment in full is required and we will assist you in filing for reimbursement from the State, payable to you.

If you would like to arrange a service and do not have sufficient funds to pay, we will be pleased to discuss arrangements to fit an adjusted service within your means.
